This "old town" White Bear Lake cottage was built around 1900.

The existing roof and sinking side additions were removed to make room for a new 2nd floor, mud room, bathroom, kitchen and attached 2 car garage. We actually ended up tearing the whole thing down.

The existing footprint of the home will turn into a large dining room and living room with lake views, divided by a see thru fire place with built in bookcases. The second floor features a beautiful master suite also with lake views.The master bath will have a seperate walk in shower and a wonderful large whirlpool tub nestled into a lovely window dormer.

The rest of the second floor will have another  full bath, 2 more bedrooms, one being very large located above the new garage and plenty of storage space. A spacious hallway that will overlook the open wood staircase would make a wonderful study area.

The finished sq. footage will be approx 2500 sq. ft.

The home was completed in May of 2007 and we finally sold it Febuary 2010. Drive by this beautiful lot on 5th and Johnson Streets in downtown White Bear and see this home completly finished.
